5 WAYS TO MOVE ENERGY FOR CREATIVE FLOW

We may not always feel motivated and that is okay. To raise your vibration means taking actions to vibrate at a higher frequency. The higher you vibrate, the better you will feel, psychically, mentally, and emotionally.

One day we may be on full blast with high energy and ideas flowing out of us, and the next may be a quiet and recluse.

Resistance is defined as an act of opposition and or duality. It is avoiding the natural flow, or pretending that what is happening or what you are being pulled to is not real. This is a life flow of a creative and empath.

Take Some Time For Acceptance 

Yes, you read that correctly. We often forget that rest is important and much needed. You can't pour from an empty cup, and your creative block may be a sign of exhaustion and overworking yourself.

I don't always have the energy to journal and meditate right off the bat. Allow yourself time of acceptance of the space you are in. Let go of any mental chatter (anxiety) telling you otherwise. The flow will come back to you if you allow this first.

Focus Internally Instead of Externally

You have all the answers you seek inside of yourself. You just need to learn how to find them. We live in a society that teaches us to seek outside of ourselves. A society where we are taught to value the external and the way things look and ignore the internal and the things we cannot see. So it is not a surprise if seeking internally feels foreign or strange at first.

Establish a morning routine and spiritual practice. This process will create the discipline you need to transform out of 

You have the choice to see your life in any light you want. When you choose to see things as happening to help you instead of harming you will make your journey much more fun. It will also accelerate your growth because by making this shift you are raising your vibration and aligning yourself with higher truth.

When something challenging or negative happens in your life ask yourself and write them down:

  • How is this here to help me?
  • What can I learn from this situation?
  • What wound inside of me is this encouraging me to heal?
  • What is this giving me the opportunity to release or let go of?
  • How can I view this from the highest possible perspective?

Meditate 

Taking 5-10 minutes of your day to quiet your mind and clear your thoughts is so important. Meditation is one of the oldest tricks of the trade, but often overlooked. There is a stigma that meditation can feel too difficult, especially if you have a lot going on in your life and you feel too overwhelmed to slow down for even a minute.

 

Have a Go-To Playlist 

Music can positively effect our productivity, energy, and creativity. Find or create a playlist that gets your creative juices flowing.Dance In a room by yourself or in the mornings before you get your day started.
